Got up got my strength training and another day of the c25k done. I wish I could do it outside, but the weather is just not letting that happen. But the key is that I keep going! Inside or outside I feel the difference and am sweating buckets! So I know I am doing something right.
I changed it up a little though. During the warm up and cool down part of the c25k I hop on my bike for those minutes. It is working out well and seems to give me more energy. Plus, it isn't as boring while I am doing this in the house. Even when I start outside, I may still do the warm up on the bike.
Well, my workouts are done - now onto other things!
