Five pound loss this week. Which is good, but (and this going to sound bad) I almost feel like I don't deserve it. I have no idea where those pounds went because I haven't had nearly enough physical activity. My best guess is that it's because of the new more interactive food tracker.
I guess I really shouldn't complain, a loss is still a loss. I just wish I had a better idea of how I got lost that much so I could do it again.
I did get in a little braless yoga last night, about 20 minutes before I'd had enough. The burn is looking better. I'm cleaning it 3-4 times a day and using a bit of sterile gauze as a buffer between my skin and bra while I'm at work and going braless at home to let the skin breathe.
I've always been a little accident prone, but lately it's just been ridiculous.
