Hi guys! This is probably going to be my last blog for the next 10 days or so. As I've mentioned before i'm going on vacation and I am not 100 percent sure yet if we are bringing the laptop or not. I do have myfitnesspal app on my phone for food logging and i'm also bring my pedometer so I can keep track of the steps. I was reading about the Mall of America yesterday and they will actually show you in the mall where you can walk 1k, 5k and even 10k. I thought that was kind of an interesting extra for an already huge mall.
I'm going to also remember my last two vacations and try to act accordingly. For example, in Seattle we walked A LOT but we also ate really crappy the whole time. Even though we are going to be at a mall and on vacation, I'm going to try to still make smarter choices then just nachos for every meal. In portland, I wasn't very active but tried to be conscious of calories still. I'm going to make sure even when we are just hanging out at my husband's grandfather house we still get out and go for a walk or maybe even find a local swimming pool.
