I am rebooting. I got to my target weight and what did I do started eating more, because I was hungry. Well no always making the right choices, so I am getting weight creep. Have I changed my eating. NO. What I need to do.

Mindful eating
Water befroe all meals
Continue to exercise
Stay in the low range for my calories, not the high range.

Keep balance between posting and reading posts and living my life. While I am happy to know my SP friends, I was spending too much time online. That needs to change. So less sparking and more doing.

    I kinda got where you are combined with "you cant lose any more weight or your wedding dress will fall off" got me to some weight creep. Now I'm back at it again day two. Really day one since I was still eating ice cream until today. It's a journey though. We know dry well that there is always going to be up and down days. You've past the hard part though! You can do it!
