I am rebooting. I got to my target weight and what did I do started eating more, because I was hungry. Well no always making the right choices, so I am getting weight creep. Have I changed my eating. NO. What I need to do.
Water befroe all meals
Continue to exercise
Stay in the low range for my calories, not the high range.
Keep balance between posting and reading posts and living my life. While I am happy to know my SP friends, I was spending too much time online. That needs to change. So less sparking and more doing.
