I found a link to some information on slow carbing. I am one of those who needs carbs or I get lethargic. I have started getting my carbs from beans & non-starchy veggies. I cut out bread &, dairy, rice, pasta, etc. I will follow-up with my final weigh-in results next week for the contest & also update on how the slow carb is going after this 1st week.
