Did not track my food yesterday, although I know that I did not go over my range by much. Really fighting with boredom, sadness and I guess a wide variety of things right now. I am trying hard to work my way through this so that I am able to get on track. Going to be reading alot of articles today on Sparks to help me stay focused. No damage done (yet) and I plan on keeping it that way.

    I saw your blog and just wanted to stop by to offer encouragement. I've been struggling also. I keep reminding myself that even if the scale doesn't want to show my progress, I'm still getting healthier - you are too!

    I sense your struggle & I'm sending hugs from across the miles. Please try to get out & take a walk & give your mind time to clear. If you can't get out to walk, pop in a dvd & get moving. I know it's difficult to move when you're not feeling it, but you're worth the effort! Good luck!
