So with today being extremely busy/stressful, I didn't actually start the T25 DVD until about 1:30 AM, but I am still counting it as Day 2. I decided that I had made a promise to myself to do the program as best as I could, so I was not going to go to bed until I did the workout. After all it is only 25 minutes :) And I am feeling much better. Aside from playing with my son, working out is the best mood lifter for me!
And I have to say I LOVED today's workout. It was a mix between cardio and a lot of stretching. I am combining crossfit with this program, so I was already pretty sore today and not looking forward to the workout. But with all the stretching, it was exactly what I needed.
Covered in sweat after only 25 minutes! Since I didn't take a picture yesterday, counting this as one of my "before" pictures.
Anyway I have to say I am loving this program. And I have a huge variety of workout DVDs, programs that I gave up on. This is so far the only one that when the DVD stops, I actually feel like I enjoyed it.
