I have not done a P90x workout in a year. I injured my left leg and then I got sick with a million different illness. I got full permission from the physiotherapist to start up with P90X again.
I am doing the Classic version. I think it will suit my needs better. I had success with the Lean version so I am curious to see the difference. I did Chest and Back today for a workout. Boy, do feel it tonight.
For an eating plan I am using Chris Powell's eating plan. I find P90X uses too many shakes, bars etc that contain products I am allergic too.
