Had another quiet day today. I did manage to get out of the house long enough to go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy foods. I plan to get back into the exercise routine tomorrow. I really need to set some new goals for myself to help keep me on track. I will work on getting that list together and post something tomorrow in my check in.
