I can do a great deal of activity, but I am still in oceans of pain when I do it. I have a couple of "active" hours per day where activity does not bother me so much. Then I have shooting leg pains due to injury. Just because a person can be active does not mean it is easy. Christopher Reeve did 5 hours of injury recovery exercises per day. I am glad I don't have to work at it THAT much for sure.

    Recovery can be a hard thing but just keep in mind, you're STILL moving given your situation. There's a lot of people who aren't moving and can't even use pain as an excuse. You're doing great!

    I know it is hard but it is what is required . As long as your doctor says the pain is not to much keep moving hugs
