I can do a great deal of activity, but I am still in oceans of pain when I do it. I have a couple of "active" hours per day where activity does not bother me so much. Then I have shooting leg pains due to injury. Just because a person can be active does not mean it is easy. Christopher Reeve did 5 hours of injury recovery exercises per day. I am glad I don't have to work at it THAT much for sure.
