Almost through the SP Summer Boot Camp! Haven't missed a day yet, and for days I fell short on minutes, I made it up the next day.
Whew... regardless of weight loss, and there's been a small bit, I feel stronger and better, it's easier to move around, and I have nailed consistency. That was my goal for this little project. I'm ready to kick off my next project next weekend - more than likely will be the 30 Day Shred rotation.
