If you read my last blog you will know I don't have a bike but today I got to use my moms bike and went for a bike ride just a short ride but it is a good start to my trainning. I am also signing up for a spinning class that will also help my trainning. I thought I could do the spinng class then try to run a few laps around the gym to get use to biking then running afterwrd. Does that sound like a good plan? The last thing I want to do is hurt myself. When I am at the gym tomorrow I will also find out when is lane swim is so that I can work on my swimming skills.
