Week 2 cooking class

Today was fun and interesting.
We made cookies and a main dish.
The main dish was Pasta, Greens & Beans
Prepared with whole wheat Pasta, baby lima beans and both spinach and Kale. It had other things in it like carrots, sauteed garlic and onion and red pepper flakes. Just call me hot lips again.
the cookies were a healthy version made with mashed banana, oatmeal and peanut butter cookies. I brought home 2 and they were pretty tasty. 2 cookies have only 130 calories. Not bad.
