I have seen yet another pound bite the dust. I'm on my way to that first mini goal and I am NOT looking back. Even with tonight having pizza I ate sparingly and enjoyed some yummy sweet watermelon for dessert. :) I'm back to my old eating habits for the most part, which is good. Eating anything I want but remembering to eat less of whatever it is. I lost the majority of the weight I did lose before getting pregnant with Sophia this way. I'm not getting any younger but I intend to keep getting healthier! :) Kicking my own bootie and taking names.
