What have you done right this week?

This week the only thing I've done right so far is make sure to get my squats and crunches in before going to bed. I want to see results but I haven't been eating right lately. It doesn't help that I'm not in control of the groceries, but I need to get myself on board and together.

    You're so right @AutumnHope, it is all about the discipline.. I really lack that .. I can't seem to get myself to follow things for long because I don't make myself stick to it

    Yeah, me too FUNKI,

    I am good at pushing myself in my workout then I negate that by binge eating. emoticon

    We just got to be more self disciplined in our eating so we can have those great feeling results on the scale.

    Remember, each morning we are born again & can decide to live our life in a different way !
