no-weigh in challenge

so i was been in a total spark rut. not consistently logging, not consistently exercising, not consistently eating...just blah. there has been some intense stuff going on in my personal life, which i will not go into, that has kind of spun me out of control. but that is not an excuse. i know that i will feel better about everything if i get back in control of my health!

so...i have decided to go back to my most motivated self. i want to go back to the mindset that i was in on april 1st. i want to go ALL IN! so im going to! alarm is set for early tomorrow...making a healthy breakfast, getting some work done before work, eating a healthy lunch, and working out (in 100 degree heat) after work! i cant wait.

also - i have decided not to weigh in until the end of the month. i am temporarily parting with my scale so that i can make the next 15 days solely about focusing on my health again!

no weigh-in rest-of-july here we come :))

    That sounds like a great idea! I know when I went without looking at the scale for two weeks the only thing motivating me was to get better results in my workouts and eat on point. You will do fantastic.

    I've been in similar situations and it's probably realistic to think that ruts will happen periodically. Sounds like you have a plan and are taking the situation by its tail and gonna turn things around. Be careful in the heat!
