so i was been in a total spark rut. not consistently logging, not consistently exercising, not consistently eating...just blah. there has been some intense stuff going on in my personal life, which i will not go into, that has kind of spun me out of control. but that is not an excuse. i know that i will feel better about everything if i get back in control of my health!
so...i have decided to go back to my most motivated self. i want to go back to the mindset that i was in on april 1st. i want to go ALL IN! so im going to! alarm is set for early tomorrow...making a healthy breakfast, getting some work done before work, eating a healthy lunch, and working out (in 100 degree heat) after work! i cant wait.
also - i have decided not to weigh in until the end of the month. i am temporarily parting with my scale so that i can make the next 15 days solely about focusing on my health again!
no weigh-in rest-of-july here we come :))
