15 knee ups on pull up bar
30 second dead hang

8 rounds
20 forward lunges
20 shoulder presses 15 lb DB
20 crunches
20 ball push ups (on knees)
20 sit ups

Time: 30 minutes

    That looks evil!

I do a body weight matrix finisher sometimes with my New Rules workout - 24 squats, 12 lunges, 12 jump lunges, 24 jump squats. Rest twice as long as it took to complete, and then do it again.

I'm not very good at jumping, so it looks pretty awesome. And by awesome I mean like I'm having a seizure.
