I had such an awesome four days with DH. A lot of it was just busy stuff, but we still had fun and enjoyed ourselves.
I did not track my food at all. But I am glad that my brain was keeping an unofficial tally.
I ate more (more often and different food) than I normally do . . . including ice cream (at home, twice).
One day we had fish and chips. I took home about half of the fish and ate about one-third of the fries.
The birthday lunch for DH's daughter was pizza (rather than Mexican food - and that really saved my bacon!) and I was able to choose the slices that I wanted and didn't take seconds.
I am up a pound and a half from last week . . . and I'm not surprised. But it's not a big deal cos I know I'll be back to 'normal' soon just by getting back on track.
I stayed pretty active. Did a lot of walking when we were gone, but when we were home, I was really busy helping DH around the property. We got a lot of stuff done too.
And now, it's time to get back to work on ME
