Ok been really trying to get into the gym at least 3 times a week. Went last Wed., Sat. and today. Started doing a weight routine again last Wed. and did the same workout again today. I plan to up the poundage a little bit at a time. Currently just doing #15, will go up to 20# after 6 or 8 sessions. I don't want to burn out too fast and just really taking it easy. Cardio is going well, I mix it up bwt the treadmill, elliptical and bikes. They have another type of elliptical, 750A like a stair stepper/gazelle, that I no longer try to use. I would have terrible pain in my hips after using and suffer leg cramps, so I don't use it anymore. I just wish they had a regular stair stepper like they had at both 24Hrs and Ballys.
Jeff goes back to work on Monday, so we are trying to finish up the bedrooms (sanding, prep, painting and putting up new ceiling fixtures) before the guys come to put in the new flooring next week. I picked a very pretty color called Peony from the Martha Stewart color collection, although we are using Bear paint from Home Depot. They can color match anything.
I had a Mammogram on Monday the 12th, still waiting to get a letter. Normally get one in just a few days, so mail must be slow. I am sure all is fine.
Weather had been hot everyday for a few weeks over 90+. Running A/C 24/7 but bill should be lower than last year when half of the house was expose to the elements due to home remodeling.
