1st day

I am almost done with the first day and have done well. Today has been very uneventful with little to no stress so its been easy to do well. I hope tomorrow is the same and know with God's help it will be. Anyhow, thats all for the day. Will write more tomorrow. emoticon

    Welcome to SP! It can be overwhelming at first; don't try to do everything on the site right away.

Step #1 - the habit that virtually all successful life style changers do? Track every little morsel that crosses their lips even after they've gotten to maintenance weight. I find this so hard to do - especially on the days I go off program.

Be sure to reach out to other members for help with the site, with your motivation, with your goals.
