I was so glad to happen across this challenge since my other challenge is almost over.
A few things to talk about with this one staring soon.
My trigger foods are pizza and chips n' dip. The chips I can avoid buying, but Fri. is pizza night for my family. I will track my pizza before any other food on that day, and put my serving on a plate instead of eating from the box.
