I did lose 20 pounds for my trip and felt much better than what I would have had I not. BUT, I definitely was mad at myself for not starting earlier. Just cutting out any animal products, no exercise (no time) and I lost that much weight. I'm starting today for next year. My two main goals?
1. I'd like to have a waist again.
2. FIrm non-flabby arms.
So it's all about muscle.
I know what it feels like to end up where I did with procrastination, now I'm going to tap into that feeling and use it to persist.
Sounds like a plan (again-hey! at least I don't stay down) :)
