Today I want to talk about stress. It is only Tuesday and I am totally stressed out. I am trying really hard to stay true to my clean eating and exercise. I didn't get to go to the YMCA today because of some work I needed to do with the taxes for a not profit I volunteer as treasurer. This is my first year as treasurer and I discovered that the past Treasurer did not file the taxes for last year!!!!!!!!!! I am meeting with the accountant tomorrow to see if we can straighten this out.
Also I am under a lot of stress this week from work. I keep meeting roadblocks while trying to help another department.
What to do:
Get out and go for a walk; go to the Y after work and get my workout in
Keep my goals in the front of my mind
Realize that I can't control everything that goes on around me but can control how I react to it.
Blog about it to get it off my chest.
Whew, I am feeling a bit better already.
