Finally started after grocery shopping yesterday. I believe that eating at home from meals I make is critical for success. Now supper time will be the challenge as the urge to go out for something is strongest then. After that I will be making up a bean salad so that I can bag some of it for times when i don't feel like making something. That would satisfy my goal of making a batch meal each week so I have a variety to choose from.
Seeing my doctor this afternoon for results of lab tests taken 2 weeks ago, Timing is interesting as test results will give me another way of monitoring how I am doing with diet and exercise.
Seeing my physiotherapist tomorrow and will ask for ideas for cardio and strength exercises i can do.
Look at that. my stars are all aligning for a good concerted effort. Here's hoping.
