so i am in day 4 of my "active recovery" and i feel great. i got new running shoes, and i have been doing activity that is not REALLY working out. i went grocery shopping with my mother and pushed the cart, i did some yoga, i went shopping with a friend and i went for a 40 minute walk on the treadmill on monday because it was just too hot to walk outside. the pain in my shins and calfs is gone, i am feeling more motivated again, i feel less tired and i finally feel like i have the energy to exercise again. i cant wait till tomorrow so i can start back up.
