I did 4 spark videos this morning! I am cleaning cleaning cleaning!
Can I just say - I AM tired!
but feel strong!
Sticking to the plan today - got to go update my page for assignment #2 for the
****2013 Summer 5% Challenge Community ****
1.) I want to continue on my journey to a WEALTH of HEALTH - I need to lose about 45 pounds - realistically 60, but my goal is 45. I want to maintain my stage 3 kidney disease to avoid dialysis and or a transplant - BECAUSE
2) I want to see my grandbabes grow-up, retire with the love of my life at a ripe OLD age so we can travel
3) I want people to look at me and say, "she works out" - I am sure you will get this: You can look at someone and see if they work out - you can see the muscle definition in their arms, a person can be overweight but "fit" - you can see that a person is working out no matter what their size if they are eating right and doing it consistently... I want to be a proper weight with muscle definition (not body builder definition, but "fit" definition.
4) I want to be able to move better - even with my bad ankle, the less I weigh the less strain on my entire body (due to the imbalance of the bad ankle) - my pain level will be much better
5) I want to FEEL GOOD everyday! (most days I do! but I still have very bad days!!)
I need to work on letting go of more carbs! I love carbs!! I know how important they are for brain function, my goal is just to do better with "overload".
