Day 77 - Assignment 3 for Summer 5% Challenge!

I did 4 spark videos this morning! I am cleaning cleaning cleaning!

Can I just say - I AM tired!

Sticking to the plan today - got to go update my page for assignment #2 for the
****2013 Summer 5% Challenge Community ****

Assignment #3.
1.) I want to continue on my journey to a WEALTH of HEALTH - I need to lose about 45 pounds - realistically 60, but my goal is 45. I want to maintain my stage 3 kidney disease to avoid dialysis and or a transplant - BECAUSE
2) I want to see my grandbabes grow-up, retire with the love of my life at a ripe OLD age so we can travel
3) I want people to look at me and say, "she works out" - I am sure you will get this: You can look at someone and see if they work out - you can see the muscle definition in their arms, a person can be overweight but "fit" - you can see that a person is working out no matter what their size if they are eating right and doing it consistently... I want to be a proper weight with muscle definition (not body builder definition, but "fit" definition.
4) I want to be able to move better - even with my bad ankle, the less I weigh the less strain on my entire body (due to the imbalance of the bad ankle) - my pain level will be much better
5) I want to FEEL GOOD everyday! (most days I do! but I still have very bad days!!)

I need to work on letting go of more carbs! I love carbs!! I know how important they are for brain function, my goal is just to do better with "overload".

    When we ask God for help, we get it, but we must not take it back. My trigger food is Potato chips and I must stay completely away from them as they are high in potassium and can shut my heart down if I eat them very often. emoticon emoticon emoticon

Ohhh, carbs are difficult for me too. It seems that whenever I cut back on them, I end up overdoing the fat though. It's a hard game of balance!
