Update July 16 2013

Leg Day was yesterday. Another day that I have to work up to the workout my trainer made for me. I got through about 1 1/2 parts of the leg Circuit before having to move onto weights. My legs are nice and wobbly today.
HIIT/Arms/Abs are tonight. Lets see how well my legs hold up to the running :P
The wedding is already a pain in the ass. I booked the room for August 31 then my father in law called to tell me he has a camping trip planned that weekend so I need to change MY date. I can't argue. They are paying for it for us.
I am so tired today. I want to just go home and take a nap.
