I made it to Day 9 with melting or falling. I kinda like the meat restrictions but I know I will need more protein. I am officially down 5.5 lbs and gain muscle and seeing abs definition along with a raised back end. And I love it cause people are noticing it too.
I totally recommend the Black Girls Workout Too DVD and Meal plan.
I have encouraged my friends and they are all doing it as well.
