Six weeks til I'm a married lady! (Ohmigosh, six weeks!) Had my wedding shower and bachelorette party this past weekend, and I realized how absolutely incredibly my family and friends are. I'm so thankful that these wonderful ladies took the time to celebrate with me. :)
I've decided to start outlining our weekly menus here, so that I can keep track of them (and maybe inspire some other people in the process. We're taking the big step of buying a juicer towards the end of this week; and we're excited about the changes that this purchase will help us to make.
Buying the juicer and more produce on Thursday/Friday.
Prepping for the week on Saturday/Sunday.
Breakfast: Lemon Ginger water and Berry Apple Bake
Morning snack: Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
Lunch: Large Green Salad, Carrot and Sweet Potato Fries
Afternoon Snack: Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
Dinner: Kale Avocado Salad w/Vinaigrette, Carrot and Sweet Potato Fries, Sauteed Greens with Garlic.
Breakfast: same as Monday.
Morning Snack: Celery Pear Cucumber Green Juice
Lunch: Leftover dinner salad from Monday, plus Carrot Ginger Soup
Afternoon Snack: Same as morning snack
Dinner: Green soup, Roasted Acorn Squash Stuffed w/Mushrooms and Sage.
Breakfast: Shamrock Shake
Morning snack: Green Lemonade juice
Lunch: Squash and Apple Soup, Sauteed Greens with Garlic
Afternoon snack: Same as morning snack
Dinner: Carrot Ginger Soup, and leftover Roasted Acorn Squash w/Mushrooms and Sage.
