7/15 was kind of a rough day, but some things went well...
My daughter and I got to spend the morning at home. This let me catch up on some much needed writing (I was a little behind my deadline anyway)
We made it to the library to pick up one of the books I need for tutoring.
Since my daughter has switched to a toddler bed sometimes she ends up either playing too late in her room and/or sleeping on the floor....which makes for one cranky toddler in the morning. Yesterday, she took a nap VERY easily (thank goodness) and that let me play on my singing app for a long time
My husband and I went out for some couples time. It was probably too many calories, BUT I did see the scale go down a bit.....not to a new low, but I think the muscle I am building is burning more than I think it is, which made me feel better since I was beating myself up so much in my previous blog
Tutoring went very well. I love seeing so much improvement in my student.
Got to the gym this morning to do my homework. I went through the whole routine by myself and was very focused. I even pushed myself to do more reps than I thought I would. My personal trainer checked in with me to ask how many squats I just did....I did about 160-200 squats and even attempted some cardio afterwards....which didnt last long, but oh well...at least I tried it.
Only ate a 6inch Subway sandwich for dinner which was only 235 calories! wow.
Tutoring went pretty well. I am trying to contact my student's teachers from last year as well as his future teachers to prepare him better
I got another story from my client. It's one of the stories she pays me more money for, so hard to refuse.
A rather nasty PayPal conflict ended and they ruled in MY FAVOR so I do not owe some jerk $143.00
