I'm going to try to start photo blogging my food again. One more great tool to keep me accountable.
Here's the 'meat and potatoes' from yesterday
BREAKFAST: watermelon, grapes, H2O
LUNCH: "Taco" salad
AFTERNOON SNACK: Noosa yogurt and Blueberries
DINNER: Southwest stuffed/baked portabello mushrooms w/ Greek yogurt topping
Not photographed are the nibbles late last night including frozen blackberries covered in vanilla Greek yogurt, more grapes, and two slices of toast with grape jelly.
All in all about 1200 calories for the day.
Woke up today and weighed in. Weekend weight gain is gone. Gotta love clean eating!
The view from the desk isn't so bad today either.
