List all the reasons I want to lose weight.

1. I want to run races until I die and the extra weight isn't good for my joints. emoticon
2. I want a high quality of life for as long as I live! Quality is more important than quantity! emoticon
3. I want to look unfat when I look in the mirror! emoticon
4. I want to wear the clothes I was wearing two years ago. emoticon
5. I want to change my relationship with food. I still use it too much as a mood changer and soother. emoticon
6. I want to change my accountability perseverance after 6:00 pm every day. emoticon
7. I want to enjoy all foods but in the appropriate amounts! emoticon
