I sat eating breakfast this morning at Subway and was thinking ... what is the best "weigh" to lose this weight.....
I know deep down there isn't magical "weigh". There's no miracle "weigh" to get rid of it.
But I keep asking myself --- What's the BEST "weigh"?
I think I know why people reach out to some of the extreme "weighs" of losing weight. I think it gives a filling of doing something. If I eat a sensibly and exercise I think for me there's a tendancy to think I'm "not doing enough".
There other day I was telling Randy2 -- I think I'm going to go extreme for a while and really hit it hard. That lasted until the next meal (if that long).
But I think one of the things that happens when I "diet" -- I eat differently. I'm not conforming to another's eating plan but eating less. so some of those weird diets ie: 3 hotdogs, 3 eggs and 3 bananas -- it's all I got -- it's all I had to worry about.
I started to say the most effective way I lost was 3 meals per day -- no sugar, no snacks. But I know this isn't true. I'm maintaining now and the way I lost was the SP way --- learning to eat healthy meals --- track my healthy meals etc.
I missed a few days online with the weekend. But I'm here -- I'm working and living my plan.
TOGETHER WE CAN DO WHAT WE COULD NEVER DO ALONE.
and I'm here because ' MY MIND IS LIKE A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD AND I SHOULDN'T GO THERE ALONE.
