Last week's 6 days in 6 miles was a success!I beat my friend out of the running and came out on top. To add to it, my week without meat went extremely well. My energy level was up and my weight was down. Overall, I'm feeling great but I do have some bad news.
I spoke with my doctor last night because I had some concerns about how much I was running. Due to some other issues, he has asked that I cut back on my frequency of running.
I feel some kind of way about that but I know its what's best. So running 3-4 miles every day will now have to be reduced to no more than 3 miles 3 times a week.
How do you make a recently addicted runner want to cut back on running? You tell her that its for her safety and future health concerns. I totally get it so I'm going to switch to more swimming and gentle walks than pounding the pavement.
I know one things for sure, I can't stop working out just when I'm starting to love it.
