My "Baby" Steps - TCoHP - wk 2

I think my first baby step is going to have to be that of finding a short workout that makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something without actually spending all day working out.
My second baby step is to tell myself that it's okay to take a shower in the late morning early afternoon. That's been a huge set back in working out for me. I never feel like I have enough time to work out and shower before Selene wakes up. Gonna just have to do it.
