Day 4 of 50

Today started off super healthy. Breakfast was nonfat greek yogurt, a mix of strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and grapes, and some granola on top. So good.

I'm heading for the gym after this.. here's my plan for today: C25K training W5D2 which means I'll walk 5mins, run 8 mins, walk 3 mins, run 8, walk 6.. total of 30 minutes.. all the running will be 6mph.
Then 30 minutes of sprint intervals. Run at 8mph x 1 minute then walk at 4mph x1 minute.
30 minutes core ST

Lunch and dinner are undecided for now but we will definitely be eating clean and healthy.
Day 4 is going to be a success. Tomorrow is going to be very busy. I'll be working 13 hours then going to pick up my son from my moms, dinner, bath time, putting him to bed, then getting ready to do it all over again the next day. So I definitely won't be blogging. My workout is going to be 10 minutes of cardio. I'm going to cut up veggies and pack healthy lunch and snacks for tomorrow so I'm prepared.
