I want my MOJO back!

It's not here yet, but I'm working on it... For now, I'll take it one day at a time. I'm not looking too far ahead, or "future-tripping" as my Dad so wisely calls it.

Goals for today:

emoticon Track calories.

emoticon Drink water.

emoticon Do (1) JM:30DS workout.

emoticon Finish homework.

emoticon Above all, stay motivated and inspired. Do something enjoyable.

    After years of going gung ho only to lose mojo and then fail for months and years, I finally realized what people meant by "get right back on your plan." Oh, say NO to food when it's hard, when I don't feel like saying no!

So, you are smart to take think of just what you will do today. Tomorrow might be easier!
