cycling week 9 update:

Lost 2 pounds last week!
Made a weight loss goal by deadline (exactly, not a single extra ounce!).

I've been suffering an extreme amount of stress these last two weeks. It has disrupted my eating. Although not part of "last week", I feel it is appropriate to report here that consequent to the stress, I lost control of my eating these last 2 days and hugely over-indulged in carb-eating in an attempt to sooth myself. I'm in a bit better control today; I plan on spending the next few LCal Days fat-fasting in order to burn carbs out of my system as fast as possible in order to return to ketosis ASAP. Once back in ketosis, I will return to my normal cycle.

    I am sorry to hear about your stress, and I hope the source of that stress is over with soon! Also, I want to congratulate you for your honesty. You did what you did - you admitted doing it - and you took immediate action to get right back on program. That is HUGE! That is exactly what will get you to your goal and then keep you there! And last but certainly not least - congrats on the 2 lb weight loss!!! emoticon
