Lost 2 pounds last week!
Made a weight loss goal by deadline (exactly, not a single extra ounce!).
I've been suffering an extreme amount of stress these last two weeks. It has disrupted my eating. Although not part of "last week", I feel it is appropriate to report here that consequent to the stress, I lost control of my eating these last 2 days and hugely over-indulged in carb-eating in an attempt to sooth myself. I'm in a bit better control today; I plan on spending the next few LCal Days fat-fasting in order to burn carbs out of my system as fast as possible in order to return to ketosis ASAP. Once back in ketosis, I will return to my normal cycle.
