I've gotten into a rhythm with my exercise and it feels good. Five minutes makes a difference and I even feel a little sore from the effort. I wasn't sure that I'd feel anything honest;y. So for someone like me who really doesn't like exercise that's an added bonus. I even noticed that I'm able to push myself a little harder than when I first started. So I'm really hopeful to see even more improvement in the next couple of weeks.
