Stayed under my calorie goal for yesterday. Even with eating out, I only logged just over 1700 calories.
Goals for today:
1. Stay under 1500 calories
2. Exercise at least 60 min - already did 90 min cardio this morning
3. Support audit team as necessary. All initial evidence provided on time, just need to answer questions.
