confession....i ate a bagel this morning. i snuck protein and veggies onto it, so maybe it's not horrrrrrible...but it was a 500 calorie breakfast!
which got me thinking...i used to always order TWO bagels (obviously pretending that one of them wasn't for me)...and im talking fully loaded - like one of them would have cream cheese, and the other would be some sort of bagel sandwich. that is over 1000 cals just for breakfast!!!! and i would never be full from that, so i would eat an unhealthy lunch and dinner. oh, did i mention, i would do this on an ALMOST DAILY BASIS!!?
i crushed that craving today (what can i say, they are the best hangover food of all time, and homegirl went a little too hard last night haha) and i am not at allllll tempted to repeat it anytime soon.
