Fitness and Nutrition Update

So I discovered that at bottom of my SparkPeople Page, I can share my fitness and nutrition without me having to type it all up. (Yay!) So, I have activated it so if you wish to see what I'm up to each day, you can!

    There is also a button on the top right side that says "view shared food and fitness trackers" which takes you to the same place. Makes it simpler when you don't have to type it all into your blog. Sometimes, though, people will read and comment on a blog where they won't look at the trackers and offer suggestions and support.

Interesting the features Spark offers that we may not be aware of!
