rethink things

well i have had to rethink things. so today i have reached a goal from today every 14 pound i lose will be a goal, i am 11 stone today and when i get to 10 stone that will be another goal and so on. being realistic is the key.

yesterday was a better day at work and today i have been swimming 20 lengths in 30 mins , now i have zumba still to do and a whole heap of housework to as well .
