Yesterday was hectic. I had to prepare for a meeting which takes place today. But I decided to pace myself. Delegated some duties, spent time with a friend and did my exercise. I used one of the tools - make exercise an appointment and keep it. I still had work to do for the meeting, but I stopped went to exercise and came back to work.
I have to catch a plane to go to the meeting, so I'll be leaving home pretty early, but not before I spark. Despite the day only went over 110 calories.
