Okay, so week 2 was not as successful weight wise. I only lost 1lbs; however, I can feel a substantial difference in my clothes - and better a 1lbs loss than a 1lbs gain. I realized, after looking back at my food tracking, that last week was probably influenced by the fact that most days I barely reached 1200cals. My average per day was 900cals with one pretty rough cheat day that didn't get counted at all. I also ate far less salads in week 2 than I did in week 1, so I guess I was also taking in less water. So, this week I am working harder to stay within my calorie range, not under and not over. I will continue to get in my 10+ minutes of activity a day and continue to drink 6-8 cups of water.
