I'd had a meltdown last week when I had a gain of 1.2 lbs. So I buckled down and got serious. I stayed on plan with MF 100% for 5 days; 90% on plan two days - sometimes the weekend can be challenging; and exercised 5 days. As a result I lost 1.7 lbs.
I am super motivated to keep on pushing and looking forward to hopefully having another successful week.
