Recently I've been rambling on about wanting a fuller figure and wanting to gain 2kg to do so.
Well. I've been updating my profile, plus blogs under the impression I had gained a good 2kgs.
What I don't understand is - despite eating more, and having had no formal exercise - how can I appear to have gained 2kg when in fact I only gained 1kg?
64.6kg was my maintenance weight for a good month. Good.
Since this whole gaining thing began I've been on a rollercoaster - trying not to gain too much but definitely trying to gain.
I woke this morning to realize I'm 65.2kg, whereas last Wednesday it was 66.8kg.
My calorie range for 2 weeks has been in the high 2000's and only recently have I gone back down in order to maintain and am eating 1600-1900. I shouldn't lose in this way - I'm not even doing any cardio the way I was before - except for strength training and in that I am making sure I am getting my protein - plus with this you're supposed to gain muscle right?
Could all the extra foods be causing water weight gain and I've stopped myself from gaining more thinking I'm already done?
