Yes, and my home equipment at the ready, too. But before the 27th I must try to set up the Wii again as it's winter here and the wii is good for the grey, cold, rainy days.
What is your exercise plan?
As much regular hill walking as I can fit in. I'm going to bring various exercise DVDs out of mothballs - again, something that is good for winter days. I'll aim for a minimum of 10 minutes a day and expect to do more.
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods?
I have drifted away from purely plant-based eating in recent months and intend to get back to it. In fact, I'm 2 weeks into the vegetarian eating but have had some slip-ups which I will work to avoid during the challenge. I'm compiling a notebook with easy, quick go-to meal ideas.

Updating your SparkPage BEFORE the 5% Challenge makes it easier for others to get to know you and it just might give you an extra motivational boost or sense of renewal as we start the next 8 weeks. Done. And each week I intend to change the background illustration to reflect the current LTGL challenge. Now I have a background that is in keeping with the overall aims of the challenge.
Today's assignment is to list all the reasons you want to lose weight. What do you want to change? How do you want to look? How do you want to feel? What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
