I did my weight training this morning and had lunch with Sheila at MoonTime. I ate a lamb burger with only a few bites of the bun so I was able to stay on track with my calories. I was really hungry after dinner today but I didn't give in and eat anything. I think I will do my measurements on Wednesday but I am unsure about weighing myself. What if I haven't lost any weight???
