Day 4 (and Day 1...)

Today is Day 4 of my daily blogs, but today was Day 1 of my Couch 2 5k training! Man, that was tough....I was only able to do two of the running intervals, then the rest of the time I had to walk and walk fast emoticon It's frustrating, because this is something I really want to be able to do but my body is telling me that I can't. I know that I should listen to my body and not try to force it. Maybe I'll repeat the first week a few times until I'm better at it!? I don't really know...any suggestions? Also, I'm pretty sure I'm gonna need to invest in some better shoes. What is the best running shoe to get? I'll keep you updated on how this goes (should be interesting).

  One step at a time, Sweet Jesus and work yourself up to running the whole emoticon . Do what you can and you'll not only see the results, you'll feel it as well. No pressure and no worries. In God's own time! emoticon You're doing great! Visit a fitness shop, get your foot measured and ask what would be the best shoe for you. IT has to be the best one for YOU! emoticon emoticon emoticon
